For the Cause of Freedom

What horrid news to be awakened to this morning.

Two of our brightest and bravest have been evilly tortured and barbarously murdered, their bodies booby-trapped. The third man with them, David Babineau was killed at the scene.

Their names are Pfc. Kristian Menchaca and Pfc. Thomas L. Tucker. They were American Soldiers, serving their country and the Cause of Freedom in Iraq. They were there to help the people of Iraq claim their freedom from wicked men.

Those wicked men have blood of American Soldiers---Heroes---on their hands. We must honor Pfc. Menchaca's and Pfc. Tucker's service and sacrifice by finding and terminating the cowardly animals who perpetrated this crime against humanity, this Act of Terror.

Withdrawing our military men from Iraq will not in any way honor the sacrifices of our fallen men. Doing so will only harden the enemy's resolve and make them think we are weak. WE ARE NOT. We must hit them with everything necessary to make them fall to their knees and cry and beg for mercy---for death.

Those who prefer to lash out against President Bush and the US Government would do better to release their fury on the true enemies, the terrorists who did this. They would do better to recognize the real murderers, the real perpetrators of war and wickedness: al Qaeda. Enough accusing President Bush of imaginary crimes---there are real war criminals out there who must be hunted down and eliminated.

Al Qaeda wants nothing more than the complete and utter destruction of the United States and the deaths of all Americans---Conservatives and Liberals alike. The Left would be wise to WAKE UP and smell the blood---their own.

The terrorists are NOT attacking us because we have done something to them; rather, they attack us because they hate our freedom.

They hate the fact that we can practice our own religions freely---that we are not all forced to become Muslims.

They hate the fact that we allow women to go about without burqas or head scarves, can drive themselves, speak to men freely, have jobs, and all the rest.

They hate the fact that We Are Free. They want it to end.

And it seems that Liberals want that too. They have undermined and curtailed every attempt we have made to put an end to the Tyranny of Terrorism. Rather than assisting us in capturing and eliminating these Muslim Terrorists, the Left has repeatedly assaulted the Patriot Act, the treatment of the unlawful enemy combatants (who have been treated far, far better than Pfc. Menchaca and Pfc. Tucker and other captured Americans), the handling of the war and the military, and everything else one can imagine.

The Left believes that being a member of PETA (People for Eliminating True Americans) and demanding we Stop Eating Meat!!! and testing drugs on animals (drugs that save lives, by the bye) , or being a member of NOW (National Organization of Witches) and fighting to Keep Abortion Legal and End the Lives of Babies!!! are more worthy of praise, encouragement, and support than the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, who enable the Lefties to continue their immoral and Godless behavior. It absolutely sickens me. Such blatant hypocrisy. Such lack of understanding of the reality of the world. Such wickedness.

We must---and will---prevail in the War on Terror, where ever it takes us, with or without the assistance or hindrance of the Left. God have mercy on those who get in our way, for we will not.

Please, pray for the families and for our military.

It’s time to reorient our thinking toward victory. In fact, it’s time to not only celebrate “the Greatest Generation,” as the media has characterized the World War II generation, but to emulate it in many respects.
