I'm also a usually quiet, reserved Lady, who enjoys books, tea, baking, and movies! I spend most of my time reading one of my favorite books or wishing I was reading my favorite books. My Grand Passion is history, particularly the Regency Period in England, when Jane Austen wrote, Lord Nelson defeated the French Fleet at Trafalgar, the Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon, and men were Gentlemen and women Ladies. I cherish the thought of being a Lady and love manners, being proper, and having proper tea. My favorite tea is Twinings, especially Earl Grey or Prince of Wales. My specialty to make is Scones with Devon Cream. I am a Catholic and a Conservative.

What a just world

How is it that a convicted child molester,

Joseph Duncan, only got a 10 year sentence for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy when Duncan was 16,

while a former CEO,

Bernard Ebbers, of WorldCom, gets 25 years for "his role in the telecommunications giant's $11 billion accounting fraud"?

Which one is going to re-offend? Oh, that's right. Duncan "was released on $15,000 bail earlier this year in Becker County, Minn., after being charged with molesting a 6-year-old boy." Now, he has murdered (I don't care about using "allegedly.") 4 people and molested 2 more children.

We need to take a look at a Justice System that gives an evil, dangerous re-offender like Duncan such a light sentence and a white-collar criminal like Ebbers such a tough sentence. Where is the Justice? Duncan ought to have been executed long ago.

Apparently, Duncan chose the Groene family after "he was driving past on nearby Interstate 90, glanced over and saw 8-year-old Shasta Groene playing outside in her bathing suit."

Who is the monster? Ebbers or Duncan?
