I'm also a usually quiet, reserved Lady, who enjoys books, tea, baking, and movies! I spend most of my time reading one of my favorite books or wishing I was reading my favorite books. My Grand Passion is history, particularly the Regency Period in England, when Jane Austen wrote, Lord Nelson defeated the French Fleet at Trafalgar, the Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon, and men were Gentlemen and women Ladies. I cherish the thought of being a Lady and love manners, being proper, and having proper tea. My favorite tea is Twinings, especially Earl Grey or Prince of Wales. My specialty to make is Scones with Devon Cream. I am a Catholic and a Conservative.

Why call it so early?

The Steele-Cardin race in Maryland is extremely close. Yet, with only 1% of the precincts in (earlier this evening), everyone called the race for Cardin.

What in the heck was that? ONE PERCENT OF THE PRECINCTS in and they call it??? How many voters did that discourage over here on the West Coast?

I am watching Fox News and Michael Barone was giving Fox's reasons for calling it that way but it all sounded like SPECULATION to me. Why not wait for some actual evidence, rather than basing it off of Bob Ehrlich's numbers a few years ago?

Seems quite irresponsible to me. I'm glad Michael Steele hasn't conceded.

See the numbers at Michelle Malkin.
