I'm also a usually quiet, reserved Lady, who enjoys books, tea, baking, and movies! I spend most of my time reading one of my favorite books or wishing I was reading my favorite books. My Grand Passion is history, particularly the Regency Period in England, when Jane Austen wrote, Lord Nelson defeated the French Fleet at Trafalgar, the Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon, and men were Gentlemen and women Ladies. I cherish the thought of being a Lady and love manners, being proper, and having proper tea. My favorite tea is Twinings, especially Earl Grey or Prince of Wales. My specialty to make is Scones with Devon Cream. I am a Catholic and a Conservative.

E-mail Your Congressional Staffers!

Sent around by Brian Bonner at The Uncooperative Blogger

This is fantastic!

SUGGESTION: Do not email the same Subject to Every Member. Change your subject so that their spam detection software does not mark your email as 'spam'

Email your Congressional Staffers

1. Why email a Senator's global email box, one that gets thousands of emails per day?

2. Who reads the global box? Probably an intern? ...just like an intern answers the phone.

3. With this tool you can email the CHIEF OF STAFF directly. So when he sits at his computer/Outlook your email is in his personal-work mailbox.

4. It sort of moves your issue up the priority list.

My thanks to Conner at http://www.borderwatch.com/
