I'm also a usually quiet, reserved Lady, who enjoys books, tea, baking, and movies! I spend most of my time reading one of my favorite books or wishing I was reading my favorite books. My Grand Passion is history, particularly the Regency Period in England, when Jane Austen wrote, Lord Nelson defeated the French Fleet at Trafalgar, the Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon, and men were Gentlemen and women Ladies. I cherish the thought of being a Lady and love manners, being proper, and having proper tea. My favorite tea is Twinings, especially Earl Grey or Prince of Wales. My specialty to make is Scones with Devon Cream. I am a Catholic and a Conservative.

Save Christopher Robin!

Press Release:

Campaign to Save Christopher Robin Launched

- Multi-National of Very Little Brain Must Change Course.

Storynory.com, the fast-growing children's story website, has launched a website to save Christopher Robin.

Disney said this week that the central character in the much-loved stories created by AA Milne was going to be downgraded in favour of a Tom-Boyish girl character. Even Pooh won't have the prominence he once did.

"We want to use the power of the internet to show Disney that it has made a mistake," said Storynory founder Hugh Fraser. "Even a Multi-National of Very Little Brian understands the power of the market. These stories are classics, and shouldn't be re-written in this way."

At the storynory.com website, people can register their comments on Disney's decision, and send in e-mails of support. Storynory will collect the e-mails, and create an online petition to be forwarded to Disney. "With enough support from the public, there is no doubt they will change their minds," said Fraser.
